Working towards a sustainable future and changing daily habits can make many feel helpless. The issue is so complex and overwhelming that if it crosses our minds it’s quickly tucked back into the recesses of our brains leaving us numbed and feeling powerless.
Society generally looks at those that repress their feelings and remain quiet as acceptable. However, studies show that people that suppress emotion become numb to life, lose their meaning in life, and lose touch of what is important to them limiting their personal goals.
It`s ok to use feelings and it’s important to share them with family members in order for our essential beings to grow.

Every adult has this internal voice of reason. Having a chance to get out and be heard matters but many remain silent. We all know what’s important for our family at the end of the day. We work hard trying to make the best decisions.
However, It’s imperative that we see empathy for the world and stop the destructive path we`re heading down. Embrace our anger know that it’s possible to feel a whole range of emotions while expressing them in positive ways.
